Blown Away

Haggai-- quick and to the point! It was prophesied 20 years after the Jews had returned from captivity in Babylon. During the 20 years, they had rebuilt their homes and businesses, but God's house remained in shambles.
v. 1:1-2-- When is the right time? Excuses...
v. 1:3-4-- Taking care of physical needs, but not spiritual.
v. 1:5-7-- What's the Lord saying about their methods and way of thinking?
v. 1:8-- Go, Get, Build, then God will be excited.
v. 1:9-11-- Where's the togetherness? Family of God? The Lord was blowing it all away.
v. 1:12-13-- The faithful few.
v. 1:14-15-- He inspired them.
v. 2:1-9-- Sometimes our attitude is "as is," but be strong!
