Priorities

Haggai 1
Verses 2-4 show self centered priorities.
They were masters of procrastination.
The outcome of this is chastisement.
They began very enthusiastically, but became complacent. This doesn't change God's priorities.
My priorities need to be God centered-- not me centered.
Verses 5-11 show the consequences of wrong priorities.
Give careful thought to your ways.
There was no contentment-- man will always be in need, especially spiritual.
