- Romans 12:17-18
- Matthew 5:23-24
- Churches are like fabric-- relationships threaded together to make a whole. The strength of the church is in the relationships of it's members.
- One thing to remember is that often times, the enemy will not attempt to just flat out rip or tear the fabric. He will attempt to unravel it-- slowly, but surely. We must be on guard for both types of attacks.
- Each fabric (or local church) is unique, but can be "sewn together" to server a greater purpose.
- Philippians 2:1-4-- We need to be like minded if we're going to stay together. That doesn't mean we agree on every little detail. That means we have the same main goal and are going the same main direction as all the other threads.
- Ephesians 4:11-15
- Romans 14:13-23
- We don't set traps for one another or put obstacles in another's way.
