- Luke 2:1-7
- Job 23:3
- In Luke, the town wasn't hostile or inhospitable. It was too crowded. Many times, we can be too crowded also.
- Examples of those who were changed:
- Zacheus (Luke 19)- He was crowded with wealth and prosperity.
- The Ethiopian (Acts 8)- He was crowded with power, control, and authority.
- Saul (Acts 9)- He was crowded with religion and good works.
- The Woman at the Well (John 4)- She was crowded with relationships.
- Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. When we allow Christ to be our treasure, life has new meaning and purpose.
- God can't be ignored or rejected forever. We all will bow before Him, either by choice as Lord, or by force as Judge.
