Habakkuk 3:16-19
We tend to hang onto materialism and not onto God.
In some ways, we need to "loosen up" and in other ways, we need to "tighten up."
Habakkuk was saying if he lost everything, he would be able to hold onto God.
Job was able to see what he should hold tightly to and what he should hold loosely to.
Matthew 14:30-- Peter's sinking experience-- he was concentrating on the circumstances instead of the Master of the circumstances. Peter prayed the shortest recorded-- "Lord, save me!"

Job moved away from earthly pleasures because they can 'dry up' at any time.
