Burning Bushes

Exodus 2:23-
Moses' call.
God knows what's going on-- He's not ignorant or clueless.
We're good at making excuses, but God knows how to get our attention.
It took Moses awhile to notice God in the midst of the common-- our everyday lives.
God usually speaks in the midst of the normal.
It makes you wonder if we are so wrapped up in ourselves and our own wants and desires that we walk past the "burning bushes" without even recognizing them.
God has a great number of resources, yet we seem to try and accomplish things on our own, with our own resources, so many times.
We don't know what we need, but God always seems to provide.
He gives us what we need as we're traveling "down our road."
We will be mistrusted and misunderstood, but we continue to:
- Refuse to compromise
- Stand firm in the face of suffering and adversity.
Moses gave it all and trusted in Him.
