Do What?

Jonah 1:1-17
We all have our Ninevahs. Matthew 5-- love our enemies.
There are times we don't want to hear from God.
Our obedience/disobedience does have an affect on others.
Do I choose God's plans or my plans? Am I Jonah (self) centered or God centered?
- Am I focused on myself or on God?
- Am I humble/dependant on God or proud of myself or my accomplishments?
- Do I work to satisfy myself or deny myself?
- Do I seek first the world or the Kingdom of God?
- Do I live a Holy or selfish life?
God always takes the initiative. Philippians 2:13-- God doesn't demand what we can't do.
God speaks-- we know His voice because we have an intimate relationship with Him.
Many times we must wait.
